Disgrifiad

The former church of St Elizabeth lies on the south side of the A470, set back from the road. It was built in lancet style in 1886 to designs of first E.B.Ferry and, after objections from the Incorporated Church Building Society, G.T.Ewing. It is constructed of coursed dark stone with paler dressings and slate roofs. It consisted of nave and chancel, north-west gabled porch, west bellcote, and north-east gabled vestry. The latter is entered via a flight of steps rising above what appears to have been a lower storey, perhaps a small hall or meeting room.
The church is disused has been converted to semi-detached domestic use.
