St David's church is located on the south side of Church Street (A470) in a rectangular churchyard used as a cemetery. It was built in a minimal Perpendicular style to designs of Thomas Jones of Chester and is constructed of roughly squared rubble with slate roofs. It consists of nave and chancel in a single chamber with west bellcote, and a lean-to porch on the west gable wall. The roof slides over short central projections, that on the north providing the vestry. Both porch and vestry are by Tapp, Jones & Son (1907). Inside, there is a west gallery and the roof is of long-raking braces to kingpost trusses. Stained glass includes works by Powells (1948 & 1950).
