Camrose 1 is built into the exterior nave north wall (above the door) of St Ismael's Church (NPRN 303545). It was first noted in 2001.

The Old Red Sandstone fragment may have been a cross slab. It is carved in relief, with an outline cross, thought to be 9th- to 10th-century in date. The four cross arms are composed of interlace with a double-headed strand. Measurements and given as 23cm height x 20cm width.
