Royal Commission aerial reconnaissance during the 2018 drought, on 10 July 2018, discovered part of a rectangular or square univallate enclosure measuring approx. 33m across, in pasture immediately west of Bryn-dinas. The later farm buildings have obliterated the eastern part of the enclosure. If prehistoric, the enclosure may be related to the wooded hillfort immediately above and to the east (NPRN 421991).
