DisgrifiadThe church was partially rebuilt in 1840, with that date inscribed on the door and one of the roof trusses, with most of the south and west walls and all of the openings probably dating from this rebuild. The nave and chancel are probably medieval in origin, particularly indicated by the traces of three slit windows in the chancel and the survival of older, roughly coursed masonry especially in the northern wall.
