A sub-rectangular quarry pit, 10 m by 12 m in size, 1.5 m deep. Spoil banks to the east, south and west. Used subsequently to dump stone. Methodology: 30 m transect survey. Positional accuracy: less than 10 m. Tolerance of accuracy: +/- 5m. K. Laws, EAS Ltd, 4/12/2007.
