Cofnod Safle

The almost completely buried ruin is located adjacent to quarry workings on the southwest facing slope. The building may have been constructed within a defunct quarry pit, or the pit may have been excavated as a platform for the building. Stubs of walling can be seen protruding from the slumped earth by about 0.3 metres. The walling is 0.5 metres high. The building would have been about 2 metres wide, but its length can not be determined. The ground cover was bracken at the time of survey. N.A. Vaughan, ArchaeoPhysica Ltd, 20/04/2007
