A trial mine level located between the two large Bryn-mawr quarres (NPRN 400669 and NPRN 505778).The trial level is cut into the hillside for 20m and is up to 3m deep. The site is marked on both the OS 1st Edition and current mapping. P.J. Schofield, OANorth, 13th June 2007
