A series of stacking sheds within Chwarel Cefn Du quarry (NPRN 400667). The overall area measures 88m long by 42m wide with shed walls standing to 1.5m in places. There is some evidence of large collapsed slates forming their roofs. The site is marked on both the OS 1st Edition and current mapping. P.J. Schofield, OANorth, 27th June 2007
