A British Concrete Federation (BCF) hut measuring in ground plan 5 x 8m and comprising 12 bays of prefabricated concrete posts and walling slabs. Two windows have been inserted into the framing on the western and eastern faces. The southern end contains a large double door and the northern end has been extended with a single-storey brick-built room. The brick-built extension contains single windows on its western and eastern faces and bricked-up and rendered over door on its northern face. The hut stands some 15m landward of an observation post (see NPRN 506505).
