A mid terraced Georgian house; 3 storeys high with basement and a 4-window coursed rubble front. The roof is of slate with wide bracket eaves and brick chimney stacks. 9-pane sash windows to the 2nd floor and 12-pane to the 1st floor and ground floor. An off centre porch; 2 Ionic columns, plain entablature and a high ornamental parapet with painted lettering reading "Westminster". The interior has retained its' regency detail to the staircase.
