Wide, pillared summer house appears to be adjacent to house and is in walled garden. It is lined in Minton tiles of c 1880 designed by J Moyr Smith Shakespeare set (originally 24 in number) blue-black on pale yellow. They are actually set in the wall.

This is not marked on any OS maps and the only features which appears thereon aer the terracing below the house, (to S) on the ist ed 25 inch plan and a glass house in the garden.
