Disgrifiad
An early nineteenth century two storey row now comprising two properties. The walls are of colourwashed stone rubble under a slate gabled roof.
The row is divided between a three bay house, 'Cartrefle', at the south-west end, and 'Ty Gwyn', possibly a former workshop or cottage, at the north-east end. Cartrefle presents a near symmetrical facade with a central doorway, offset from the south-west end by the wide gable wall chimney breast. There is a second chimney stack above the party wall. Ty Gwyn has a central doorway flanked by windows on the ground floor and a single large window above. The upper storey, reached by an external gable end stair, had a second window to the rear.
Cartrefle has a lean-to rear range with a detached single storey gabled range beyond.

Present condition unknown.
