A c.1904 corner hotel and public house, built in "London Gin Palace" style. Three stories, in brick with carved sandstone detailing. Retains fine original art noveau etched glass, and leaded stained glass, windows. Reputedly originally constructed for the trade of visitng sea captains docked at the nearby Aberystwyth Harbour.
