A former house site, with very little evidence of the houses now visible. The building remains measured approximately 9 metres by 6 metres in area, but the site was overgrown with brambles and little more detail could be recorded when visited in May 2012. The 1919 1:2500 Ordnance Survey map shows that it was actually two adjoining houses called New Cottages. J.J. Hall, Trysor, 29th October 2012
