Cofnod Safle

One of three small dams of earth and stone filling in low points in the bedrock around an area of very wet bog. 21m long 2m wide and 1m high with a small breach in the centre. Small quarry pit to the east. Function unclear?either a small reservoir now filled with vegetation and peat or a way of diverting water from the shafts on the slopes below (David Hopewell, GAT, 29 September 2013)
