A mid 19th century end terrace pavilion. It is 2 storey's high with basement. The front is a simple 3 window roughcast classical style with a hipped slate roof and wide boarded eaves. The windows are 16-paned sashes. The projecting pediment porch has 4 tapered columns. The front door is a recessed 8-panel door with a 5-pane fanlight and panelled reveals.
