Tabor Welsh Independent Chapel was built in 1845 to house the congregation which had seceded from Ebenezer Independent Chapel (NPRN 6038) under Rev. W. Moses. It was later rebuilt in 1904. It has two storeys plus a basement, in a sub-classical style of painted stucco with imitation slates to the roof, bargeboards and terracotta finial to front gable. It is a gable entry type. The chapel interior was carefully restored in 1989.
