‘Spider’s Web is a detached four-bedroom house in Fordwell, Llandaff, built in 1981 to the designs of architect Hird and Brooks of Penarth. It is a detached house, ‘timber-clad outside to the first floor [with] Alpine rendering to the ground floor [and] a slate roof.’

‘The accommodation includes an L-shaped hall with an open tread spiral staircase and wrought iron balustrade, a bright lounge with two picture windows and patio door, a dining room overlooking the river and weir, large family room/fitted kitchen with Italian tile floor, a family area and ground floor cloakroom.’ The bedrooms, a shower room and the family bathroom are located upstairs.

There is also a ‘detached garage and gardens which have three patio areas. The side garden has a door leading towards the Taff Trail alongside the rowing club and riverbank.
