House built to design by Charles Ellis, Architect of Aberdyfi. House plans dated 1934.

There is also a plan in the collection for a private roadway, also designed by Ellis, between the house and the A493. Road plans undated, but likely ot be later than 1934 as the house footprint is visible on the road plan.
