A substantial piece of iron wreckage is located on the beach at the eastern side of Lindsway Bay, St Ishmaels. It has been observed in various states of exposure by local residents since at least 2007. The remains comprise two substantial pieces of a mid-19th century marine boiler, the largest of which is 4m in length and 1.5m wide. A further, smaller area of wreckage, posibly unrelated, is located at 51.7169524 N, -5.1240800W.

The remains were reported to the RCAHMW following re-exposure and observation by local residents in February 2025. The RCAHMW undertook a site visit on 29/03/2025 and recorded the exposed remains using a photogrammetry survey (links below).

The wreck is currently unidentified, pending further investigation and research into historical shipping losses in the area, but may be associated with the documented loss of HMS HARPY in 1896 (NPRN 801322).
