St Johns Methodist Chapel was built in 1907, in the Neo-Perpendicular style with a gable-entry plan, to the design of Ewen Harper and Brother of Birmingham. The tower was never fully completed but the chapel plans are now held in Powys Record Office. St Johns was closed as a Methodist Chapel in the late 1950's and converted into offices for the use of Powys County Council in 1996.
