Remains of two buildings lie in a sheltered position at the foot of a steep W-facing slope to the north of Cwm Nant Lloi at 420m above O.D. The larger measures approximately 9m NE-SW x 5m overall and is divided into two rooms, each with its own entrance on the E side, by a cross-wall 5m from the N end. The walls are of turf-grown red sandstone rubble, including some stones up to 1m long, and are very spread, standing to no more than 0.3m high. The floor level in the SW end is lower than the NE reflecting the gentle fall of the ground to the S. The second structure lies to the immediate W (NPRN 301677).
