Bryn Bras Castle (nprn 86307) lies within ornamental grounds (26090), on the north-east side of the road from Llanrug to Llanberis. These grounds formerly extended to the south-west, on the far side of the road, on a site now occupied largely by a caravan park. The north-west extent of this area is a belt of woodland and, next to its entrance from the road, Upper Lodge (17005).
