A branch from the north side of Hill's Tramroad (nprn 85860) to the lower level of Pwll Du Quarry (nprn 85859). Where it leaves the 'main line' it is visible as a track on a ledge supported by a revetment wall and can thence to the north west along the steep slope of Cwm Ifor as a ledge in the hillside. It is possible that this line is the original alignment of the Garnddyrys Tramroad (nprn 34965), which pre-dated Hill's Tramroad, connecting the quarry with Garnddyrys Forge.
