Grounds and gardens associated with house built in 1848-52 (NPRN 407095) and depicted on the 1st edition OS County series (Caernarvon. XIV.9 1875). It is not known whether this was based on or incorporated, elements of the grounds of the earlier house, or even of the Cistercian Abbey (NPRN 16475) whose remains have been excavated below the present car park.
