Collapsed walls and grass grown footings of an L-plan building located some 50m south of the ruined church of Llanddwyn (NPRN 27548). It is depicted on the OS County series 1st edition (Anglesey XXIV.4 1889), where it is labelled,
'Llanddwyn Abbey'
(Benedictine)
(Remains of).
Traditionally this was the priest's house. The church was the prebend of Bangor Cathedral.
The building has an east-west range roughly 18m by 6.0m, with a small wing at the west end of the south wall. It appears to have been divided into a number of cells.
