St David's Methodist Chapel was built in 1883, to the design of architect Henry Cornelius Harris of Cardiff. The chapel was built in the Gothic style of the long-wall entry type with a seperate hall and Sunday school. St David's is now Grade 2 Listed as one of the finest late nineteenth century Gothic town chapels in South Wales retaining its original character and detail.
