East Usk Baptist Chapel was built in 1889. It is a small, brick-built chapel, constructed in the Simple Gothic style with a gable-entry plan. Sitting parallel to the road, the façade has a central, pointed arch doorway flanked by two identically shaped windows. To the pediement is a simple glazed roundel and a vertical ventilation slit. The elevation to the road has three pairs of pointed-arch windows with plain sashes. There is a small foundation stone set at either end of the elevation.
The 1905 RCCEORBWM Report records the chapel as seating 250 people and having a value of £71.
By 2008 the chapel was in use by the Church of Christ.
