Plas Bach is a single storey cottage of two rooms with a date over the entrance of 1783. It is of rough rubble construction with a slate roof. The wall which divides the house is of a later date, although it is in the same position as the original dividing wall. The larger room is entered from the road and has a fire place and oven at one end, and contains some original ceiling beams and paving. An attic and a window in the gable have been added.
