Built in 1821 to design by John Rennie. 2-storey building of local Mona marble with hipped slate roof, in similar style to the Customs House (NPRN 23135). 3-bay front with prominent pilasters. Square clock tower to central bay, with octagonal belfry. Horned sash windows; central entrance.
