DisgrifiadA North facing cruciform building, on the East side of the Afon Tawe and just North of the A4067 in Abercraf. An early structure (though there is no evidence it was built earlier than the 18th century), which was completely rebuilt in 1802 in the Georgian style, with a moulded cornice and door frames throughout the house in that style plus the stair well. The stair balusters have been removed. On the barn there is an inscription: 'Thomas Prichard 1776'. It is said to have been the home of the coal-owning Gwyn and Davies families.
