A stone double-arched bridge, built 1796-1800 and extended in 1812 -1816, which carries a minor road over the Brecknock and Abergavenny Canal (nprn 85124) and the Hay Railway (nprn 91560). It was originally bridge No.2, now No.165 on the canal.
