DisgrifiadA memorial to the fallen of the First World War is set into the face of a wall of dressed slate, on a plinth of larger slate blocks, built against the revetment wall of St Peter's Church, on the north side of the A493 road.
The memorial is a pannelled rectangular slab of pale granite on a bracketed base and with a bracketed pediment at top, set into a recess in the slate wall. The four panels contain memorial inscriptions in lead, the larger two inscribed with the names of the fallen.
Below it, a smaller rectangular granite slab records the names, in lead, of the fallen of the Second World War.
