Mercury House is built of brick with dressed stone windows and tiled roof, with half timbered gables. Situated on the corner of Brackley Avenue and Landsdowne Road, the property has double gated entrances from both roads. The building, unnamed, appears on the 3rd edition OS 25" map, DE III.3, of 1913.
