Ebenzer Methodist Chapel was built in 1760, rebuilt in 1839 and rebuilt again in 1896. The later chapel was designed by architect Rev. W. Jones of Rhondda and built by W. Rees of Dinas Powys, in the Simple Gothic style of the gable-entry type.
